One on one therapy can be very effective with a variety of issues. Anxiety, trauma, life changes and loss are just a few challenges that individual therapy can help with greatly.

Couples

In every relationship there are times of stress and often issues with communication. Mutually satisfying relationships with others can be one of the most rewarding, and the most challenging, aspects in our lives. Through couples therapy these relationships can be repaired and strengthened.

Young Adults

Young adults are often the most likely to be greatly affected by the trials and tribulations of our current times. Through my career I have found success with connection and identification, and although sometimes the relationship can take a longer time to build, the effects of early treatment are sound and long lasting.
